  • First, we recommend studying relevant chapters of Operating Instructions and look at Frequently Asked Questions. You should not skip this article, which we prepared for you in co-operation with other service headquarters of the leading consumer electronics manufacturers.
  • We would like to remind you that our maintenance service centres are at your full disposal only in case of defects of devices. Experts from selling organizations will be glad to answer your questions regarding operation of products, their prices, qualities and parameters.
  • When contacting the service station by phone or in writing, please always state the exact type of the product as given on its type label. In case of a defect which is not apparent at first sight or bug occurring only under certain conditions, it must be described so that it can be recalled at the service centre. If the defect claimed does not occur, or is not apparent, it cannot be removed.
  • Nowadays, all professional service centres for electronics perform repairs solely in repair shops. This is the only way to offer a really high quality service without compromising and necessary improvising in the apartments or premises of our customers. In view of the complexity of our products, requirements for diagnostics technology, the need for storage of spare parts and required safety tests (CSN EN 33 1600) we have been persuaded many times in practice that a professional service cannot be performed by makeshift means.
  • The customer apply guarantee complaints in the outlet/store where they bought their product. If at a place where the electronics store is located or somewhere nearer to the buyer’s site there is an organisation authorised to perform guarantee repairs, customer will apply entitlement for repair at that firm (Section 625 of the Civil Code) - see authorised service centres.
  • In case that a customer cannot deliver his/her apparatus for repair, every one of our authorized service centers is ready to ensure transport by its own means or through a transport service.
  • When you claim a free guarantee service, check whether all guarantee conditions are met, in particular that the warranty certificate is properly filled in. In the opposite case such repair cannot be performed free of charge.
