About us
Our firm was founded in 1991. We service the electronics with everything connected with it. In addition to our own repair workshop
we have nationwide service network, supply spare parts, provide training, manuals translation, software localization,
technical support for distributors in negotiations with manufacturers, service testing and monitoring products,
failure evaluation, technical documentation, etc. We also sell and repair head-end stations, we measure a TV signal
and provide operating tests of receivers. Our major partners are the division of Grundig, manufacturers and importers of consumer
electronics and installation company engaged in antenna technology and cable television.

Throughout the existence of our company's proven many times we hold the principle that only by working through
direct cooperation with manufacturers and importers can provide prompt, quality and professional services.
Therefore, we focus only on the servicing of those products where it can be met. Additionally, we have something

developments in the field of electronics. Our station's technical equipment enables us to carry out even the
most demanding measurement and modern diagnostics.
Nationwide service network and spare parts warehouse
Through many years of proven and robust service network
offering local service in the Czech and Slovak Republics. This significantly shortened the terms of repairs
and spare parts, reduce transport costs and the risk of damage or loss of goods. Thanks to the organization of
our own warehouse of spare parts with over 1000 items, the average length of repair at our service station doesn't
exceed 3 days. We are among the fastest service not only in Prague but in Czech Republic.

| 1992 |
Maintenance service premises at Prague 4 were established. A contract was concluded for maintenance
and installation of hotel communication systems Grundig - ASIS. At the end of the year a specialized
Grundig service station was opened at Prague 2, Blanicka street. From the beginning, all order records,
spare parts inventories and guarantee repairs are IT processed.

The basic maintenance service network of Grundig was established. A contract with Grundig was concluded
on provision of maintenance services for this brand on the territory of the whole then Czechoslovak
Republic.

| 1995 |
Purchase and refurbishing of a building located in Prague 9, Kolma 9. Operation at new premises commenced
on 11 September 1995. The service station was equipped with state-of-the-art measuring technology including
Internet connection.

| 1997 |
The nation-wide maintenance service network of Grundig expanded to 14 centres. A system of spare parts
ordering via Internet was introduced including records on them.

| 1998 |
Expansion of activity to guarantee repairs of car audio systems incorporated in Opel, Fiat, Seat and
Smart cars. Diagnostics of car audio systems at Skoda Auto a.s. (Mlada Boleslav, Vrchlabi and Kvasiny).

| 1999 |
An Internet domain "videoprogress.cz" was registered. A freeware program "Partner"
distributed for searching and ordering of spare parts was developed.

| 2000 |
Launch of the on-order sale of Grundig make final products; e-shop opened.

| 2001 |
Expansion of the maintenance service with Grundig shavers and Personal care assortment (including sale of spare parts).

| 2002 |
Implementation of an automatic dispatch of messages on completion of orders (SMS, E-mail).
New services at our web sites (e.g. finding out the current state of pending order, price list of
spare parts with an option of on-line ordering, technical assistance to our service partners,
further growth of e-business operation).

| 2003 |
An audit of contractor’s quantitative qualification for the automotive industry successfully completed
in compliance with VDA D3.3 Standard. Service Agreement concluded with Grundig Car InterMedia System GmbH.
Expansion of business to nation-wide service of ECG, Beko and Hisense brown goods.
